Sweet and Spicy Lamb Chops

Here is an easy lamb chop recipe for those days when you want to mix it up a bit. The recipe is simple but delicious and hardly takes 10 minutes to prepare and cook. I found this in Cooking Light magazine. I love switching lamb out for beef because its lighter than steak, but still has the savory and filling taste of steak.
