White Wine Berry Sangria

From Self's November 2008 feature of Eat Healthy All Week, here is a fun recipe for sangria.

White Wine–Berry Sangria


Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices orange, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh raspberries (or blackberries)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon organce juice concentrate
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 4 oz white wine
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large airtight container or resealable plastic bag. Stir well and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours. Serve chilled.
