Here is an easy sauce recipe from Cosmopolitan. This works-with-anything sauce is courtesy of New York City's Bouillabaisse 126 restaurant. How to make it: Combine 1 small bunch of arugula, 1 bunch of dill, 2 shallots, 1 pint of sour cream, 3 teaspoons of Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and serve cold over fish, chicken, meat, or pasta. Yummy!
