Advice: When you're beyond upset

What are some ways that you use to calm yourself down when you are beyond upset...after you've stewed in the problem for as long as you needed to...how do you decompress from that?

Music. I turn my computer on and just Jam out. Or I read. That seems to help too. And when it has really upset me, I listen to music and read. Nothing to intellectual that I have to focus on though. One of those mindless YA books, or some random book I pick off my floor that I've read 400 times.

i try to keep my mind off of things...i tend to dwell, so usually i try to talk to someone and hope that they can help me work through it or keep my mind off of all the negative...music definitely helps and so does reading...sometimes I will also try to blog about it...doing a work out video also helps me expend all the extra energy and stress that i build up from being angry and upset
