From Self's November 2008 feature of Eat Healthy All Week, here is a fun recipe for sangria.
White Wine–Berry Sangria
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices orange, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh raspberries (or blackberries)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon organce juice concentrate
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 4 oz white wine
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a large airtight container or resealable plastic bag. Stir well and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours. Serve chilled.
